The frigorífico has a long tradition in lamb products. In 1990, the company, along with the Uruguayan Wool Secretariat and the Central Uruguayan Wool Cooperative, created the heavy lamb operation, which focuses on the production and processing of young lambs weighing between 13 and 24 kg carcass.
